Beef cattle finishing

During the finishing period, we keep cows and steers for 120 days on the farm. During this time, the feed of beef steers and cows is rebalanced to produce meat with high nutritional quality, including vitamins, essential fatty acids, minerals, and proteins.

The proper balance of omega-3 and omega-6 is obtained. To bring the maximum animal welfare to our cows and adapt to the climate conditions of the Aubrac region (high temperatures during the summer and low temperatures during the winter), the finishing period is done inside a barn. The cattle at finishing came from our suckling herd and from different breeders who are partners.
