Beef cattle finishing
The proper balance of omega-3 and omega-6 is obtained. To bring the maximum animal welfare to our cows and adapt to the climate conditions of the Aubrac region (high temperatures during the summer and low temperatures during the winter), the finishing period is done inside a barn. The cattle at finishing came from our suckling herd and from different breeders who are partners.
