The Aubrac cow breed has exceptional qualities for breeding and meat. The meat from these cows is naturally marbled and with a great fineness.

On the Vialars Farm, the first source of feed for our herd is the wild hay from the mountain that has a very rich aromatic palette, and cereals without GMO: wheat, barley, rapeseed, beetroot pulp. To obtain the balanced ratio of one omega 3 for four omega 6, we also use flaxseed. In this way, we aim to improve the nutritional quality of our meat without changing its great taste. We can assure you that our meat is one of the best in the world thanks to its white intramuscular fat. A fat that is obtained throughout the animals’ life and at the finishing stage
